CHRC Magazine is finally here!

So after weeks of waiting, the January-February issue of Canadian Hot Rod & Classic Magazine has finally reached Winnipeg! And not just any issue–the issue with my first national magazine article! There’s three copies left at Dominion News on Portage Avenue, and I’m assuming there’s more copies at Chapters at St. Vital Mall, and at McNally Robinson at Grant Park, as both these locations promised to order extra copies.

For those of you just tuning into this blog, I wrote an article late last year about the Pony Corral’s Sunday Night Cruise. It’s one of the biggest hot rodding events in town, attracting hundreds of cars and thousands of people every Sunday evening in the summer. And after an agonizing wait for the Jan/Feb issue to be printed and distributed, the hot rod faithful can finally read what I had to say about the show that Pony Corral built. Just to sweeten the deal for us Winterpeggers, there’s another feature on a local car–Darlene and John Zwarych’s gorgeous ’39 Chevy 4-door Master Deluxe.

But that’s enough chit-chat for one blog entry. Here’s some photo highlights of the article, with more to come later this week. And don’t forget to check out my business website, JordanMorningstar.com to see more of my automotive work.
