Free Wallpaper #13

King_Camaro_1024x768  Some of you regular readers might have noticed a few changes around here-namely, Top Video  Wednesdays and Hottie Wheels.  They’re both here on a trial basis, depending on your feedback.  So, if  you like (or don’t like) what you see, let us know-we really do check the surveys at the bottom of most  articles, and we always read & respond to comments.  Hell, you might even get a personal reply by e-mail!

This week, we’re having a bit of fun with Free Wallpaper Friday.  And by “we,” I mean myself and this first generation Camaro.  Strangely, it was one of the few cars left out of the original Cars movie, although a rather sickly Dodge Challenger, known as Snot Rod, managed to take a pivotal role in the flick.  Here’s hoping the sequel (due for 2011) doesn’t forget King Camaro!

Yeah, you noticed too. There seems to be no love for the Camaro in Cars. I’m really curious to see ho the sequel turns out with the passing of George Carlin and Paul Newman. I have been posting the Mater’s Tale Tales on M3 that have been airing on Disney recently. They are Great! Gotta Love Mater!

It’s not something you notice the first time around, although the lack of musclecars in general made me raise an eyebrow. Maybe they’ll add a T-top IROC as a new character in the sequel-his name will be Terence, but he’ll go by Tony. His role will be to hang out in the gym and nightclub parking lots, trying to pick up the Miata twins after a few too many octane boosters!

By the way, I’ve been noticing the Mater Tale posts you’ve been adding. They’re fun, keep’em coming!
